  • Governance and ownership

    Our highest governing body are the Shareholders, who uniquely own the Centre. The Shareholders elect the trustees. The Board seats are held on a rotational basis and filled by the CEOs of our Shareholders. They ensure effective oversight of the Centre’s management.

    The Centre is financed through core support from our Shareholders and core supporters, grants from institutional donors and fees from members and participants to our events and communities. We audit our accounts annually and publish them online.
