    Vision Works

Vision Works is an annual leadership retreat for chief executives and at times Board Chairs, which provides much needed headspace to catch up with trends in the sector, provide peer support and develop ideas for collaboration. It was launched in 2008 and provides a unique opportunity for CEOs of the world’s leading civil society organisations to step out of their pressurised positions and define goals together, they discuss key strategic issues for their organisations and civil society as a whole.

    Digital Watercooler

In regular intervals, the community of ICSO leaders meet virtually to check in on current developments, share challenges and ideas and maintain community bond. Digital Watercoolers were introduced during the COVID years and has proven a format useful for leaders to step out of their operational pressures and reflect with peers.

    Global Chairs

Bi-Annually, the Centre convenes Chairs of ICSOs to discuss Governance challenges and most recent trends in the sector. This offer is being taken up with high interest, as Governors seldom have an opportunity to connect with their peers and understand what is happening outside their own organisations.

As CEOs, it is really important that they also have the headspace to reflect both on their own failures...and new possibilities
