The Report at a Glance
This report presents key insights from the Danish Leave No One Behind (LNOB) coalition, formed to strengthen the participation of Denmark’s most overlooked groups in the national implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Despite common perception, in Denmark several communities remain insufficiently involved in decisions that affect their lives.
The LNOB coalition which brings together organisations representing ethnic minorities, Inuit from Greenland, people experiencing homelessness and poverty, women, the LGBT+ community, persons with disabilities, refugees and older people, works to elevate the voices of these groups in national policymaking. Rooted in the principle “nothing about us without us,” the coalition aims to ensure meaningful inclusion where it is currently lacking.
The Danish LNOB coalition seeks to make overlooked communities visible within the SDG agenda and to encourage decision‑makers to embed the Leave No One Behind principle in practice and as a requirement for achieving sustainable development in Denmark.
