Leading Together is the annual gathering of senior global leaders from our community, created to foster thoughtful dialogue on the sector’s most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities. Through meaningful peer exchange and insights from fresh perspectives, this convening strengthens collaboration and encourages new approaches to leadership. It will explore how leaders can strengthen their thematic areas of work, as well as how to lead with resilience in the current context, bringing influential voices into one space. Leading Together offers participants a rare opportunity to reflect, connect, and shape the future direction of the sector.
This invitation-only convening brings together Directors and Senior Leaders from three key functional areas: 1) Human Resources (HR), 2) Policy & Advocacy, and 3) Programme & Strategy. This year, Leading Together will take place fully online to allow for as much engagement and participation as possible from our community.
