This year the International Civic Forum (ICF) will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, as a 1.5-day, in-person event, on 5-6 November 2025 in connection with the International Civil Society Week (ICSW), building synergies between both events. The ICF workshop will focus on pushing back and strategising against discourses, policies, and narratives that undermine human rights in an era of shrinking civic space and democracy backsliding. The ICF 2025 will serve as a strategic springboard for collective thinking, co-creation, and the prototyping of new and adaptive strategies and approaches.
