Since 2021, the Centre has facilitated dialogues between its ICSO community and donors primarily in respect to governance and decision-making processes. For the Civil Society – Donor Dialogue, we will convene ICSOs, local organisations and private and public funders to discuss how to promote collaboration in developing new models of aid, moving away from away from traditional development. The dialogue will contribute to the strengthening of ICSO-donor joint steps to foster sector resilience and address the drawbacks and challenges of the current development system. The event will further aim to foster a community of practice to jointly develop foresight-informed approaches to development.
