Our Programme Flyer 2026
Looking ahead at our plans for 2026
As we move into 2026, the International Civil Society Centre is once again deeply committed to ensuring that civil society remains resilient, relevant and forward-thinking in a rapidly changing global environment. Building on lessons learned and long-standing partnerships, our 2026 programme focuses on strengthening leadership, anticipating future challenges, defending civic space, and empowering communities most affected by inequality and exclusion.
At the heart of our work is leadership support. Throughout the year, we will convene CEOs, Chairs and senior leaders of international civil society organisations in trusted spaces that enable reflection, collaboration and collective action. These engagements will focus on shared challenges, governance, and the development of a stronger, more unified voice for civil society in an increasingly complex operating space.
Our Futures of ICSOs work continues to help organisations navigate uncertainty and adapt proactively. Through our Powershift Lab, our Digital Dialogue Series, and our flagship Global Perspectives conference, we will explore emerging trends, from power dynamics and localisation to digital transformation, all while supporting civil society actors to remain agile and future-ready.

In parallel, strengthening civic space remains a critical priority. With civic freedoms under sustained pressure worldwide, our programme brings together networks and regional actors to share analysis, build solidarity and develop practical responses to anti-rights movements, political restrictions and digital threats. The Solidarity Action Network will remain our central platform for collective learning and action.
Finally, through empowering communities, we will continue to centre marginalised voices in decision-making processes. Our work with the Leave No One Behind Partnership and engagement in global policy spaces on citizen-generated data aims to strengthen inclusion, trust and accountability, while supporting national partners to build long-term financial and organisational resilience.
Together, these ambitions reflect our belief that a thriving civil society benefits us all. We look forward to working with our shareholders, partners and wider communities throughout 2026 as we respond to shared challenges and shape a more equitable and resilient future.
