And we get the people, policies and money in place to keep these systems working – and the water flowing for good. So that people have safe, reliable services that last.
Within organisations, it can sometimes be hard to step back and put everything in wider context. I’ve found the centre hugely helpful for the insight it gives me, but especially the ability to hear from peers and realise what is common for all of us – and what isn’t.
