Visa Information

We generally recommend to participants to apply for tourist visa. Please click here to see an overview of countries eligible for tourist visa.

NOTICE:

Applying for tourist visa might be difficult for some countries but our local partner CKC can offer support at the visa application process. This is recommended in particular to participants coming from the following countries: Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Nepal and South Africa.

The service is subject to an additional fee. Costs depend on country and urgency (time of registration). Against this background, we highly recommend participants who need visa support to register by 24 January already.
