The regular virtual meetings of the Global Chairs of the Centre’s shareholders and core supporters have brought about opportunities to exchange on current developments in the sector and Governance issues. After a successful discussion over success patterns for Chief Executives as part of governance responsibilities (meeting in May) we will continue our series of Global Chairs meeting in October with a review of changing roles of ICSOs. Power Shift, transformations and the change of business and operating models are a reality for most ICSOs in the sector. We will get input from a renowned expert on the topic, who has just published a fascinating book on ‘The INGO Problem’, which will allow for individual and collective reflections.
